By accessing or using Post Later ("the Service"), operated by Post Later, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscription & Billing

Post Later offers subscription-based plans with varying features and usage limits.

• Free Trial: New users may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of connected social media platforms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content, responses, and recommendations. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before publishing
• You are solely responsible for all content published through your connected social media accounts, whether AI-generated or manually created
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your intentions
• We do not guarantee the performance, engagement, or results of AI-generated content
• You should verify all factual claims, statistics, and references in AI-generated content before publishing

We strongly recommend reviewing AI-generated content before it is published to your social media accounts. The use of auto-publish features is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Post Later, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI based on your inputs and brand settings is licensed to you for use across your social media accounts. You may use, modify, and publish this content freely.
• Our Service: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts, including suspension or termination

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
